The Remnant

Tom O'Leary, also known as RemnantComic, was born on March 1st 1984.  After a one-year holiday to the friendly country of Iraq in the late 2000s courtesy of the George W. Bush exchange program, during which he honed his artistic skills, he returned to the US a more confident artist, before moving to Japan for a number of years.

Tom is most known (at least, among his friends and fans, and hopefully one day among the greater public as well) for his fantasy webcomic The Remnant, which he posts on his deviantArt page RemnantComic, updating it... well, whenever he can.  The Remnant tells the story of Liviana Hildred and Marion Page, two travellers on a quest to find sanctuary after their land was conquered by the evil Helzig Empire.

So in honour of his birthday, I present you his characters Liviana Hildred (second left), Marion Page (right) and the Evil Queen Ursa of the Helzig Empire (standing, in black) from his comic, rather enjoying the food and drink of an inn that has not been destroyed (yet) by my own character Gunn (standing next to Ursa).

And no, Pumori, you're not welcome here.
