... oddly, few railway fans seem to consider the fact that while the locomotives might be the stars of the railways, no freight train would actually exist if it wasn't for the railway cars. Yet, these plucky little cars never seem to earn the same kind of attention...
This twin-axle car, numbered 79911.6.06, received its last revision on June 25th 1968. It was probably built sometime in the early 1900s, and probably fell into disuse in the 1970s, when TEU and FEU intermodal (shipping) containers replaced break bulk cargo transportation.
